Introducing Supergum's Advanced laboratory

We take great pride in our laboratory, which is equipped with cutting-edge testing equipment. The lab team conducts research regarding plastic and rubber materials and their compliance with their intended use. In addition, our laboratory:

Develops new rubber compounds.

Matches the appropriate rubber compound with client requirements.

Performs chemical, thermal, fire resistance, mechanical and raw material testing.

Tests finished products based on material durability specifications and client requirements.

All Supergum rubber compounds are based on in-house recipes, which include additives that provide a wide range of special characteristics. We use the following raw materials:

Rubber elastomers:

CR (Chloroprene, Neoprene) EPDM, SBR, NBR (Nitrile Rubber), HNBR, NR (Natural Rubber), BR (Butyl Rubber), CSM, CM, PU, FKM (Viton®), VMQ (Silicon), FVMQ (Fluorosilicon), Expanded Rubber (Sponge Rubber)

 

Plastic:

all thermoplastic resins
